We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via ordering items on our site, via email, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information only for placing an order that you have requested and for shipping your order to the address you have provided. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our company, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

I accept returns, but certain pieces are NON-RETURNABLE.
Non-returnable items include:
- Designated non-returnable pieces (as indicated on this website);
- Custom pieces;
- Pieces purchased on sale;
- Pieces returned after 14 calendar days from the date of receipt; or
- Pieces that show damage, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, dirt, signs of wear, alterations, non-original engraving, post-purchase resizing, etc.
Pieces must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt.
Pieces must be returned in the original packaging, unused, and must include the original invoice and/or receipt.
All returns are carefully inspected for damage, including but not limited to; scratches, dents, dirt, signs of wear, alterations, non-original engraving, post-purchase resizing, etc. Damaged, altered and/or resized items are non-returnable. I reserve the right to reject a piece deemed damaged or un-fit for restocking. I will not accept items that show any indication of post-purchase use.
Once I deem an item returnable, refunds will be issued in the original form of purchase.
Please allow up to 14 days for credit to be processed. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the credit to appear on the applicable billing statement. Shipping/handling costs on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

If returning a piece, I suggest that you insure it for the purchase price upon mailing.
